We offer our coated fabric in dif­fe­rent struc­tures, gram­mages, widths and colours.

Sili­co­ne
  • App­li­ca­ti­on tem­pe­ra­tu­re up to 260°C / spe­cial sili­co­nes up to 300°C
  • Coa­tings pos­si­ble on one or both sides, as well as mul­ti-lay­ers and com­bi­na­ti­ons
  • Gram­mages from 20 g/m² for each fabric side
  • Coa­ting in trans­fer pro­ces­ses for a smooth sur­face
  • Spe­cial set­tings such as “anti-blo­cking”, high reflec­tan­ce, silk matt, “sew fri­end­ly”, etc. are pos­si­ble.
  • Sili­co­ne lami­na­ti­ons with stain­less steel films, every kind of metal films as well as other tex­ti­le com­po­si­tes
  • Properties/characteristics: wea­ther-resistant, good light and UV resis­tan­ce, good elec­tri­cal insu­la­ting capa­ci­ty, high com­po­si­te fle­xi­bi­li­ty, dirt-, water- and oil-repel­lent, good abra­si­on and cut resis­tan­ce
  • Various fla­me pro­tec­tion stan­dards attainab­le
  • Colours: grey, red-brown, white, black – fur­ther colours on request
  • Pos­si­ble sup­port fabric: glass fabric made of fila­ment yarns or threads, with or wit­hout V4A wire or tex­tu­red, ara­mi­de fabric and mix­tures – others upon request

Poly­ure­tha­ne (PU)/ poly­vi­nyl ace­ta­te (PVA)/ poly­acry­la­te (PAC)
  • PU up to 200°C app­li­ca­ti­on tem­pe­ra­tu­re, good clea­ning resis­tan­ce, very good che­mi­cal, wea­ther and UV resis­tan­ce, good abra­si­on and cut resis­tan­ce
  • PVA up to 180°C app­li­ca­ti­on tem­pe­ra­tu­re, good abra­si­on and cut resis­tan­ce, resistant to oils, fats and orga­nic sol­vents
  • PAC up to 150°C app­li­ca­ti­on tem­pe­ra­tu­re, good abra­si­on and cut resis­tan­ce, good che­mi­cal and wea­ther resis­tan­ce
  • Coa­ting pos­si­ble on one or both sides
  • Mul­ti-lay­er pro­ces­ses for smoot­her sur­faces pos­si­ble
  • Coa­ting lay­ers from 5 g per fabric side pos­si­ble
  • Dif­fe­rent fla­me resis­tan­ce norms attainab­le (A2, B1, M0, M1, FMVSS,…), also non-halo­gen
  • Pos­si­ble as dip finis­hing
  • Various film hard­nes­ses pos­si­ble, high­ly reflec­ting
  • Top­coat oil- and water-repel­lent pos­si­ble

Ver­mi­cu­li­te (VM)
  • Tem­pe­ra­tu­re resis­tan­ce up to 1200°C, depen­ding on sub­stra­te
  • One- and both-sided coa­ting
  • Also as a dip finis­hing
  • Properties/characteristics: good fle­xi­bi­li­ty, pro­tec­tion against liquid metal splas­hes and clin­kers, very good heat reflec­tion, incom­bus­ti­ble, not elec­tri­cal­ly con­duc­tive
  • Pos­si­ble sup­port fabric: glass fabric made of fila­ment yarns or threads, with or wit­hout V4A wire or tex­tu­red

Examp­les of use are: wel­ding con­tain­ment curtains, wel­ding back-ups, high-tem­pe­ra­tu­re insu­la­ti­ons, fire pro­tec­tion….

Expan­ding gra­phi­te (expan­ded gra­phi­te) in a sili­co­ne matrix
  • Expan­si­on effect as of approx. 220°C
  • Coa­ting pos­si­ble on one or both sides
  • Pos­si­ble sup­port fabric: glass fabric made of fila­ment yarns or threads, with or wit­hout V4A wire or tex­tu­red

Examp­les of use are: fire pro­tec­tion doors, fire curtains, pipe insu­la­ti­ons, caul­kings…
